Service Description

Years of work in group settings inform my approach to working in a relational paradigm. Using unconditional positive regard, the group creates enough safety to begin to explore and uncover behavior patterns, and access feedback in a supportive, empathic context. Safety allows for the emergence of honesty, vulnerability, and self-awareness. We become a mirror of each other's process and progress. We learn in group that we are not alone. Raise your hand and others will know what it is like to be where you are.
