I got here just as you did. Our relationship was struggling and we needed help. The experience we had working with an Imago Therapist, convinced me to change careers and become a licensed therapist and certified Imago Therapist. Currently, I offer couples sessions, couples group work, couples intensive sessions, and the Getting the Love You Want Couples workshop. I recognize that couples arrive in therapy because of something that is happening now. We begin the process, exploring where you want to be-in 3 months, 3 years, 3 decades! We delve into how you got here and what you do to maintain this familiar dance. Using polyvagal informed practices, woven with Imago Relationship Therapy we begin to rewire the space between and the nervous systems automatically showing up. Building reliable resources for regulation is fundamental to having a connected, caring relationship. Coping is brilliant, loving and caring is the basis for thriving: growing and expanding beyond your wildest imagination. It is there, waiting for you!
